OUR TEAM
Our principal consultant,
MR. RENE I. LAMZON, is a seasoned HRMD
practitioner. A psychology graduate from the
University of the Philippines, Mr. Lamzon has
completed AIM's Management Development Program
and served as faculty of the ASEAN Management
Development Program --- a flagship course of
the
Cooperation in Training amongst ASEAN Power
Utility Companies.
He retired from government
service after 20 years of meaningful work, 5
years of which were served, in progressively
increasing capacities, with the Development
Academy of the Philippines. The remaining 15
years honed his capabilities in various aspects
of human resources management as he made the
rounds, in a managerial capacity, of key HR
divisions and departments at the National Power
Corporation. In 1998 - 1999, Mr. Lamzon served as
International Consultant in a World Bank-funded
project with the
Pakistan Water and Power
Development Authority
where he held the position of
OD/HRD Specialist. Concurrent with his role in the
group, Mr. Lamzon now also serves as Senior
Technical Consultant with the Center for
Organization Development of the Development
Academy of the Philippines.
Our associates include :
MS. ELENITA B.
BISDA who served as HR Specialist then as
Manager of the Career Planning and Placement
Division, and Manager of the Organization and
Manpower Planning Division of the National Power
Corporation before her early retirement in
December 1996. Ms. Bisda brings to the group
another 20 years of experience in HRMD,
particularly on organization and human resources
planning; career management; recruitment,
selection and placement, performance evaluation
systems, and HR training and development. Ms.
Bisda completed her B.S. in Statistics and
Master of Business Administration degrees at the
University of the Philippines.
MS. LUWALHATI F.
PABLO, who is currently the Undersecretary for
Operations of the Department of Social Work and
Development. Prior to this assignment, Ms. Pablo
served as Director for a number of social
development organizations, both government and
private, the latest of which was the Community
Family Services International (CFSI). Ms. Pablo's
involvement included consulting work for projects
in other ASEAN countries, notably the Youth
Welfare and Juvenile Justice program in
Vietnam.
MS. AGNES T. ROBLES
who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Social Work from the University of the
Philippines and earned Graduate units in Social
Psychology at the Ateneo University. Ms. Robles'
expertise is a composite of her experiences from years of
service with the Juvenile Relations Court and
thereafter, with the Training Department of the
National Power Corporation. After her retirement
from NAPOCOR in 1991, Ms. Robles served as Project
Director for Sta. Elena Foundation for Community
Development and did consulting work for various
organizations like Cravings and Creative Point,
Inc.
MS. PERLITA G.
VICENTE who graduated with a BS in Social
Work degree at the University of the Philippines
and an M.A. in Social Work at the Philippine
Women's University. Ms. Vicente also had a stint
with the Juvenile Relations Court and with the United Nations High Commission
on Refugees where she worked for over 5 years.
Her assignment at the Refugee Center in Morong,
Bataan brought her into terms with personal
development programs, stress management,
teambuilding and leadership training. Thereafter,
Ms. Vicente kept herself busy as freelance
consultant.
